Privacy & Terms

Pay reports

Pay reports are anonymous. We don't ask for your name or email, and the company name is optional. Every report is reviewed before it appears, and we may reject or remove any report.

To stop spam, we keep a one-way hash of your connection's IP address for up to 24 hours. We never store or publish your raw IP address.

Newsletter & job-post list

If you join the newsletter or the job-post list, we keep your email (and company name for job posts) only to contact you about TechPay Tracker. We don't sell it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel and data is stored with Supabase. We may add an email newsletter provider later.

• Only submit your own pay. Don't include names, phone numbers, or personal details about anyone.
• Don't scrape the site in bulk or submit fake or automated reports.
• We may update these terms or the site at any time.
